Lord Byron Byron's Complete Works
Philadelphia Porter and Coates Hardcover VG+ Book Very Good+ condition. Half title page reads, "The Works of Lord Byron, with Illustrations." Title page reads, "The Poetical Works of Lord Byron with Copious Illustrative Notes and a Memoir of His Life, Complete in One Volume. Illustrated with Elegant Steel Engravings." No date, but probably published in mid to late 19th century. Book complete and intact. Full leather with emboassed work on covers and spine and gilt letter on front, back and spine. All edges gilt also, including board edges. Rubbing to raised areas of book (hinges and raised bands on spine) and edges. Beautifully marbled endpapers. Gift inscription inked on front free endpaper circa 1879.
